As we all know, the new coronavirus becomes the global crisis and it is growing and changing day by day around the world. As well as the number of infected people rising rapidly. As of 28th April 2020, more than 202,700 people worldwide have died of COVID-19, and the number of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 has exceeded 2.9
million.

It is identified that social distancing is one of the major parts of reducing the spread of corona virus around the world. Hence, the most of the countries follow their own method and strategies to do the social distancing and self isolation. There are numbers of affect when we follow the rules like social distancing and it is also important to recognize the psychological effects this can have on people.

Humans are social animals and they always have complex social interaction with others. This has been a vital part of our evolution and forms the basis of most societies. However, most of the countries now follow stringent social restrictions. Mental health experts are warning that increasingly strengthen of social distancing and self-isolation in the countries lead to loss of these important interaction and can come at a high psychological cost.

Social distancing and self-isolation include the practices that separate people from other people like Avoiding gathering of group of people, avoiding of social events parties, Not travelling, Not having visitors. These strategies that have been applied to limit the spread of the coronavirus have resulted in an increased number of people feeling lonely.

Loneliness, has been linked to a number of adverse health outcomes.

Suddenly, their routine is thrown out and forced to stay home or isolation, there is a huge risk that mental health issues set in. So, it is time to do the new things or change the routine.
